What to write about
- Corrections. Include the page address and, if you can, a source. Confirmed factual errors are fixed and noted on the guide, as described in the Editorial Policy.
- Questions about a guide that it doesn't answer. Common questions may become new guides.
- Problems with a tool. Tell us the barcode type, your browser and what happened. If the data is sensitive, describe it instead of pasting it.
- Privacy requests to access, correct or delete personal information, or to opt out of sale or sharing. See the Privacy Policy and Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
- Copyright notices. The procedure is in the Terms of Use.
What we can't help with
Plain Barcode does not sell or assign barcode numbers and cannot look up who owns a GTIN. For company prefixes, GTINs and membership questions, contact GS1 US or the GS1 organization in your country. We don't accept paid guest posts or link placements.
When to expect a reply
We aim to reply within five business days. Privacy requests are answered within the time the applicable law allows, and we will tell you if we need more time.
